Our Carers

We believe delivering care is a privileged responsibility. Meaning that all our carers are carefully considered on the basis of their experience, qualifications  and passion to care.

All of our Carers undergo a thorough interview process to ensure that they meet CQC standards.

Successful applicants are then invited to the next stage of our recruitment process wherein they will participate in a 3-day assessment course. Should they pass the assessment successfully, they will then be offered a position with Caerus Lifecare.

We partner with experienced training providers to continuously develop our carer’s skills and expertise, ensuring that they are prepared to deliver care according to our principles.

Keeping in line with our person-centred approach, the Care Co-Coordinator will ensure no detail is left unconsidered, ensuring that carers with clients are matched in a way that compliments their; personality, physical, cultural and spiritual needs.
